Finding pause in menopause
For some women, menopause can be one of the most challenging times of their lives with symptoms including hot flushes, insomnia, fatigue, dryness, irritability, thyroid issues and weight gain to name a few. But it doesn’t have to be this way.
Our Vibrant Woman program is for women who want to sail through their transition years. Be empowered to change your life for the better with an education in your mind, body and spirit.
Phases of the transition years
A) Pre-menopause
In the healing art of Ayurveda, there is a strong emphasis on prevention. At this stage before any signs of peri-menopause are present, prevention and preparation are essential. Correcting any imbalances through stress and lifestyle management and regular nourishing and detoxing programs for your ongoing vibrant health will set you up for a smooth transition.
